I have always been interested in human behaviour and how relationships evolve. I specialise in the challenges that a large number of people live with, which may not be problematic enough to merit a ‘label’ but still problematic enough to make everyday life difficult.

Counselling is a kind of talking therapy. It offers you a safe space to talk about your problems in a way that may not be possible to do with your partner, your friend, or your family member.
A trained Counsellor listens in a non-judgmental way, and is able to help you work through your thoughts and feelings, and support you to understand how your problems have arisen and what keeps them going. It not only helps you resolve specific problems, but also gives you tools to take away for future use. Counselling is not giving advice. It is a process that helps you arrive at your own solutions, at your own pace.
