Your view of yourself influences every relationship you have in life. Counselling can offer a chance to free yourself from nagging feelings of self- doubt, blame, guilt or shame. Many people need help to cope with feelings of sadness and anxiety – which is far more common than we like to believe. Some have suffered loss, or are living with anger and resentment. Some doubt their ability to sustain meaningful relationships with their families, friends or colleagues.
Finding a way to manage - and change - how you feel about yourself and your situation is a skill that can be learnt.
